2020 Summer Camp Information

2020 Summer Camp information will be available January 2020 with registration starting February 20, 2020. Space is limited, trips subject to change. Enrollment packets can be downloaded for FREE starting February 19 for residents and February 20 for non-residents. Enrollment deadline is May 6, 2020. Early enrollment and registration is encouraged. Below you can find important dates, camp schedules, and important camp documents.

Specialty Camps at Bison Ridge: Ages 6-10

You can piece together your summer with opportunities at Bison Ridge. Pick one class or pick a bunch! Summer 2020 schedule posted March 2020 with registration starting April 6, 2020.

Options available Monday-Thursday (register weekly) June 1 through July 30.

Youth Citizens Police Academy: June 1-5, 2020

Grades 9-12

Take law enforcement to the next level with this interactive, hands on and engaging academy for those who want to experience the work of a police officer.

Female First Responders: June 8-10, 2020

Ages 14-18

Experience what it is like to become a first responder in this hands-on program with the Commerce City Police Department, Northglenn Ambulance and South Adams Fire Department.

Mini Police Camp: June 16-19, 2020

Ages 10-12

An action-packed police experience. Discover all the different aspects of police work. Get your heart pounding with live demos, building searches, SWAT, K9-Unit and more!

Police Camp: July 27-30, 2020

Ages 11-15

Police officers and recreation staff camp out for an action-packed week. Four days and three nights of activities including demos, building searches, SWAT, hiking, and fun. Police camp includes fun but physical activities including hiking, low and high ropes courses and other active elements. You are not in a classroom for this excitement!
