New Process for Pool Parties

Celebrate your next event with a pool party at one of our recreation centers!

The process for booking a pool party at our recreation centers has changed! You can now see what days and times are available online via a calendar before booking the party online yourself. You select your preferred party size and option, and pay directly online, booking your party up to 90 days in advance. Staff then finalize party requests, taking a maximum of 2-4 business days. Once your party has been finalized, you will receive an email letting you know if it has been approved.

 

General Information Regarding Pool Parties

  • Payment in full is due at the time of the booking.
  • Pool parties are taxed and the listed prices do not include taxes. 
  • Decorated parties are only an option at Bison Ridge.
  • Pool parties are not finalized until your permit has been approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for your permit to be reviewed.

Make a splash at your next birthday party. Patrons of all ages can take advantage of this unique party setting on Saturday or Sunday from 12:30-2:30 p.m. or 3:15-5:15 p.m.

Choose from four party package options:

  • Undecorated Single: Single room Rental (2 hours), Pool Party Host, 15 swimmers with a maximum capacity of 20 people (with ability to add swimmers for an additional fee)
  • Undecorated Double : Double room Rental (2 hours), Pool Party Host, 30 swimmers with a maximum capacity of 40 people (with ability to add swimmers for an additional fee)
  • Decorated Single: Decorated single room Rental (2 hours), Pool Party Host, 15 swimmers with a maximum capacity of 20 people (with ability to add swimmers for an additional fee)
  • Decorated Double : Decorated double room Rental (2 hours), Pool Party Host, 30 swimmers with a maximum capacity of 40 people (with ability to add swimmers for an additional fee)
